This beautiful property is situated in the hills above Montezuma in an area known as "Pura Vida" or Pure Life, where the air is clean and free from the dusty roads. The ocean breezes provide a natural air conditioning and many nights you will sleep comfortably with the blankets tucked around you.

This Organic farm-restoration project is known as "Finca de la Paz" and is safely hidden away down a private road. When you arrive you will feel as though you have stepped into another world. Bordered on three sides by protected area and with the river on the fourth this property is a natural paradise. The adventuresome may hike down the river and come out on one of Montezumas famous beaches. This is the perfect base for your Nicoya explorations, Montezuma is a 5 minute drive. The beautiful surfing beaches of Santa Teresa and Mal Pais are 30 minutes away. From here you may explore the beautiful Cabo Blanco Nature preserve, take a canopy tour or a snorkeling adventure. We can arrange for a horse-back riding adventure to begin right here on the farm for you as well.

If relaxing and rejuvenating is what you have in mind we can arrange private massage, yoga, acupuncture and other therapeutic treatments for you here at the farm. Finca de la paz also offers 3-7-14 and 21 day Internal cleansing programs if you would like to get away from it all to cleanse and heal.

The farm is a very private and peaceful place to simply relax and rejuvenate. The apartment is perfect for a single person, a couple or two friends, it is secluded and very safe. We do have an iPod deck for your use. Most of our guests rent cars, however if you like to walk it is 10-15 minutes to the main road where you may catch the local bus. Our guests return time and again to experience the relaxation & rejuvenation of Finca de la Paz.
